Ethos

We are a CrossFit and Athletic Performance Centre offering a variety of strength and conditioning, high intensity and specialty classes. We founded CF1855 with the intention to focus on helping “you”, the competitive athlete, the parent, the coach, the everyday person, the CrossFitter, the weightlifter. We will help you tap in to your strength, adapt and achieve your fitness, health and performance goals.

 

We focus on three main areas to help you on your fitness journey:
Coaching: Providing high quality and engaged coaching, appropriate programming and motivation.
Community: Enabling positive, inclusive and welcoming group and team environments.
Results: Helping you achieve measurable improvements in skills, strength, conditioning, health and fitness.

 

We strive to be your fitness home away from home, a welcoming, social and engaging part of your daily routine. Our gym has a fantastic split of young and older, women and men, it is a large inclusive family. Our best ‘athletes’ are our most humble members. We offer CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Athletic Conditioning, and personal training. All with the goal to provide options for you to vary and enjoy your fitness routine.
