For time:

40-30-20-10 walking lunge (with single KB – 70/53)

20-15-10-5 single-arm KB push press

Notes:

-Split push press reps btw arms – i.e. 20 total in rnd 1, not 20/arm

-Sub lighter KBs or DBs (a 70/50 DB would be Rx)
