Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
20 min partner AMRAP:
30 DB/KB power cleans
40 ring dips
50 DB/KB thrusters
60 pushups
200m DB/KB farmer’s carry
-Rx DBs/KBs: 30-35 for women, 50-55 for men (use same weight for cleans, thrusters, farmer’s carry)
-split reps as desired; for farmer’s carry, partners go together, each carrying one DB/KB
